Knee Pain Workshop with Movement Driven Performance

Our goal is to provide you with all of the tools and opportunities you need to live your strongest, healthiest life. As we get older, after years of wear and tear, our knees can be one of the first places we experience pain. Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone who experiences knee pain that limits them from normal day-to-day activities, physical exercise, or those who experience chronic knee pain and flare ups. All Focus Fitness clients and guests are welcome free of charge to this event!

What can I expect?

This knee pain workshop, Dr. Greg of Movement Driven Performance Physiotherapy will teach you how to bulletproof your knees so you can maintain joint health, improve hip and ankle mobility, and help alleviate discomfort. This will be a hands on experience and you will have the ability to ask specific questions to your body and walk away with tips that you can practice daily.

This workshop will be held at our facility, Focus Fitness Jax Beach, on Saturday, September 14th beginning at 9AM. You can pre-register here and bring or share with any friends or family that would benefit from this workshop!
