We are here to set our clients up for success! Our clients’ experience at Focus Fitness is our priority; therefore, we strive to provide a positive and motivating environment for all. To make our clients time most effective and efficient, we have created an order of assessments that help us identify, track, and visualize client progress.

Creating personalized training programs, we believe in the value of assessing each client individually to better understand their bodies response to movements. Here we identify compensations, over/under used muscles and postural deviations that can affect their ability to reach their health and fitness goals. With this, we can create training programs while integrating corrective exercises to keep clients on track in reaching their goals.

Reaching health and fitness goals require an initial assessment (collecting measurable values) and incremental evaluations throughout the programs timeline to assess clients’ progress.
