TEAM Fitness Classes

Classes are total body, heart pumping aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Structure and intensity vary per class/instructor. 

 

TEAM Fitness Classes are scheduled at specific days and times check the below schedule for current classes and times. 

Class package is $75 for 5 classes ($15 a class) or $20 drop-in

 

Strength & Conditioning with Coco Tuesday/Thursday at 4:30 pm

HITT with Josh Saturday at 8:00 am

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

 

Strength & Conditioning

This class is tailored for youth participants. The 60 minute class is broken into 20 minute segments: strength training, conditioning/agility, and flexibility and core/balance.
