TEAM Fitness Classes

Classes are total body, heart pumping aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Structure and intensity vary per class/instructor.

TEAM Fitness Rates:

$20 a class

$75 for 5 classes ($15 a class)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Bikini Bootcamp

Ok ladies, CRUSH calories with this group circuit training class. Class incorporates strength training, intervals, and core movements…groups are rotated in timed circuits. Feel the energy and embrace the BURN!

Strength & Conditioning

This class is tailored for youth participants. The 60 minute class is broken into 20 minute segments: strength training, conditioning/agility, and flexibility and core/balance.
